Terms & Conditions
 
Payment:
  • A booking is complete when a customer has fully paid before departure
  • The price for tour package is in Thai Baht rate (Exchange rate depends on date of transfer).
  • We only accept online payment through paypal.
 
Cancellation:
  • Cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure, customers receive a full refund, minus a refund transfer fee.
  • Cancellation up to 15 days prior to departure, customers receive a 50% refund, minus a refund transfer fee.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure, no refunds are allowed.
 
Other:
  • The tour can be changed without prior notice in case of a problem that cannot be controlled, such as natural disasters, riots, strikes, revolution, accidents, and illness which is not caused by the company.
  • Prices and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. However, if you have booked but not yet paid for a tour, we guarantee the price for one month from when the booking was made.
  • Our Tour Guides have no power to make promises to the customers without company permission, unless they have documents signed by authorized person of the company.
  • The travel insurance excludes food poisoning and motorbike accident.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for the tour and you have not contacted the company, the tour will leave without you and you will not receive a refund.
